GLASS
Where Are the glass products made?
All glass is blown domestically in Ohio. You can even watch the process on twitch.tv/glassmoonman or kick.com/glassmoonman.
Do you make water pipes/bubblers?
Very rarely, but Moonman makes spoon pipes that you won’t find anywhere else.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes! Please send us an email at moonman@moonmandesigns.com if you are interested in wholesale/bulk orders.
Are there any special care instructions for cleaning the glass?
Spoon pipes should be soaked in 90% or better isopropyl alcohol; other than that, all other glass can be cleaned normally with glass cleaner or any non-abrasive cleaner.
I don’t smoke, do you offer other glass options?
Yes! We have a variety of other glass options for our non-smoking friends. Go check them out over at the shop!
Is all your glass the same?
No. No two pieces are the same. We create our glass items in house and as a result, everything is unique down to the color, pattern, style, etc.

ART
Is all your art original?
Yes! Every piece of art we offer is original and created in-house (excluding merch - that is designed here and produced through a 3rd party) by our team. From our handmade glasswork to digital designs and prints, everything is crafted with care, creativity, and authenticity. We take pride in offering unique, one-of-a-kind work you won’t find anywhere else.
Are your prints limited edition?
Some are! Limited editions will be clearly marked and may be numbered or signed. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — so grab your favorites while they last!
Can I request a custom piece or commission?
Yes! We accept a limited number of custom commissions for digital or physical art. Use our contact page to tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll get back to you with options and pricing.
Does your art come framed?
Art is shipped unframed unless otherwise noted. If the product comes with a frame, it will be explicitly stated and/or pictured. Frame inclusion may be reflected in the pricing.
Why are your canvases priced higher thaN other products?
Canvases will usually be priced to reflect extra shipping cost, production time, and material cost. We offer a flat rate $10 shipping fee, but with the canvases, we provide the highest quality packaging to insure safe transit. The extra cost helps cover any foam, bubble wrap, special boxes, etc. that will guarantee that the work will make it to you safely!
Do you offer prints of all original pieces?
Not all of our original works will be turned into prints. This varies greatly based on sizing, demand, etc. However, if you see an original that you’d like a print of, you can email us at support@moonmandesigns.com or through the contact page and we can see about getting the original work made into a print!

Shipping
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, however we do require the buyer to cover shipping costs. These costs are subject to change based on postal service rates. We ship at will of the USPS, if there are any shipping restrictions in place, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. If you have any questions, please contact us.
I placed an order A WEEK ago and it hasn’t shown up.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic shipping and 4-6 weeks for international shipping. If you still haven’t received your glass, please contact us and we will look into it ASAP.
If I place multiple orders, can you combine shipping cost?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders placed, regardless of the time in between the placement of the orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are including all items they would like to purchase within their order, Please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more information.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take pride in our packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please email us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make every effort to make it right. Please contact us at support@moonmandesigns.com.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are handmade or limited, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re here to help and always want you to be satisfied.
